This is a pair of basic brackets that aremeant to weld onto a sterling 10.5 or most any rear axle and allow you to mount a common size shock. This is helpful for converting your classic Ford truck to a sterling rear axle when you have a 34" wide rear frame which is most F350s, highboys, and crew cab 2wd. If you have a 37.5" rear frame, you likely want the bolt on shock brackets and U bolts, although these are weld on so they can be made to work. 

This is meant for a shock with an eyelet that is 1.6" long and uses a 1/2" diameter bolt. I don't include hardware so you will want to get a pair of 1/2" x 3" bolts. The shocks shown in the pictures are Bilstein 33-230320.
