This is a fabricated crossmember assembly designed to mount a married NP205 transfer case in most any 1979 and older Ford truck frame (or any frame with a 34" width at the point of mounting. I designed this around an NP205 but with some fabrication on your end it can support most anything.

The main body of this is fully welded but this requires welding and basic fabrication on your end to finish it. This system has forward and rear ward supports that you weld to the main crossmember and cut to size as needed. It comes with two heavy duty polyurethane bushings with thick wall DOM sleeves. The crossmember body is made of 10 gauge formed plates, and 1/8" wall steel tubes welded to each bottom side for a convenient place to attach supports. The remainder of the parts are unwelded.

The finished / installed pictures are an early prototype that is a little rough around the edges. The parts I am selling are more refined and are excellent quality.

-3/16 thick steel rear of trans support pieces (flat plate and formed "w" shape piece
-Hardware for everything but rear of trans to new bracket

All parts shipped in raw steel. The shipping weight on this is around 50 LBS.
